What is the difference between Hot-swappable and Non-hot-swappable keyboards?
Hot-swappable keyboards allow you to change your mechanical switches without soldering, making it easy to customize your typing feel. Non-hot-swappable versions have switches soldered to the PCB and cannot be easily replaced.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on the destination. Please note that customs processing in your country may extend this timeline.
Are Keychron keyboards compatible with both macOS and Windows?
Yes, all Keychron keyboards come with a system toggle switch that allows you to swap between macOS and Windows layouts. We also include dedicated keycaps for both operating systems in the box.
What is your return policy for mechanical keyboards?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items in original, unopened packaging. If the product is defective, please contact our support team within the warranty period for a replacement or repair.
