Initiate Your Request

Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our warehouse.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original retail packaging, including all cables, keycaps, and tools, then ship the package using a trackable courier service.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the device for original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
